I’m a sensitivity reader. What does that mean? It means I will read your work through a certain lens (or lenses) with regard to representation and tell you what you’ve done right and wrong.

Rates
Note: Upon booking me, I will send you an invoice for my services. You must send me 50% of the agreed-upon rate at that point. I will not begin my sensitivity read until I have received this payment. The remaining amount will be paid after I complete my services.

Rates are as follows:
1 – 9,999 words: $75
10,000 – 14,999 words: $125
15,000 – 29,999 words: $175
30,000 – 59,999 words: $225
60,000 – 99,999 words: $275
100,000+ words: $275 + $0.005 per word

What You Will Receive
After I complete my read, I will send you a brief of 1-3 pages minimum (much longer for novel-length manuscripts) detailing my critique of the representation I read for in your manuscript. This will include what needs work as well as what you have done well, and you are welcome to follow up with me via email with any questions you have about the contents of the brief.
